Delamaison
Delamaison sells a curated, monthly-refreshed selection of furniture and interior pieces, closer to an edited showroom than a typical e-commerce catalog. As a UX/UI Designer, I was brought in to build both the brand and the site from scratch, on Figma for a custom integration with Shopify.

A full brand system in four days
A monthly-curated furniture selection isn't a typical e-commerce catalog, it's closer to a gallery that happens to sell. The usual patterns, dense grids, heavy filtering, large catalogs, actively work against a brand built on scarcity and editorial curation. Showing a handful of pieces with standard catalog UI risks making the site look thin rather than intentional. On top of that, the full brand identity and site needed to go from zero to shipped in four days.
Shopify gave enough flexibility to build something more conventional and dense, so the real decision wasn't about platform limits, it was about restraint despite having the freedom not to. The site was built as a quiet showcase: a minimal brand layer that stepped back to let the furniture photography carry the page, rather than competing with it. Proto-persona work stayed deliberately light within the four-day timeline, built on quick assumptions grounded in a few clear exchanges with the client, enough to inform the identity and UI decisions without derailing the schedule.

Outcome
The full brand identity and site shipped within the four-day timeline, delivering on the brief in full. The visual identity has held up since, still representing the brand as originally designed.
